这门写作课的第一部去年在中国大学MOOC平台上开过课,现在第二部也来了。平心而论,这套由国防科大制作的系列慕课很有诚意和水平,老师讲得好,视频制作也很精致,让小编不禁想起同校另一门好课“大学英语口语”。本课主讲李慧辉博士是该校外聘专家,留美多年,课程从跨文化交际度,比较中英文不同的写作规范,侧重范文分析和学生习作点评。5月8日开课,感兴趣的小伙伴不要错过哦!

课程概述

写作形式即思维模式,而思维模式则反映文化特性。李慧辉博士将与你分享她在北美留学和教学中多年积累的跨文化体验和关于语言与认知的思考,从根本上帮助你了解和把握大学英文写作。

二十一世纪经济的全球化,高等教育的国际化,对大学英语教学提出新的要求。《大学英文写作》课程的目的是帮助学员掌握大学英文基本的写作方法和技巧,夯实写作基本功,为论文写作、出国留学和将来对外交流做好充分准备。

英文写作说到底是一门实践课。因此,本课程强调实践,讲授按照过程写作法组织知识点,例子剖析贯穿始终,为学生提供边学边练的机会。

课程按MOOC形式要求,每单元包含若干微视频、课堂讨论平台及配套练习,方便学生复习和预习课程内容。课程结束时,学员能够基本掌握大学英文写作:了解写作过程和学习规律,能够完成西方高校英文写作课程、人文社科课程和专业课程一般性的写作任务、写作规范和写作方法,作文基本做到条理清晰,连接自然,论据充分,具有说服力。

本课程适用对象:已修完《大学英语》课程,选修英文写作或希望提高英文写作能力的学生,以及备考雅思和托福准备出国深造的学生。
